No. Prevail works fully on its own, with native transcription, notetaking, and its own AI model. Connections are optional for teams who want to keep using a specific video platform, document repository, or LLM they already rely on.
CheckMate connects to Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI and Copilot, Consilio, or a local Ollama connection. Every Prevail member also has the native Prevail model available with no setup.
